Thii Hayqwtun House of Design — Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Thii Hayqwtun House of Design, every garment is crafted with intention—where art, fashion, and purpose ignite. As we prepare for the next chapter of our journey, certain items may be available in limited quantities or marked as Final Sale. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and free of damage
In original condition with all tags attached
Packaged in the original garment bag/box where applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Final Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized garments
Limited-edition pieces noted as non-returnable in the product listing

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

Email info@thiihayqwtunhouseofdesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied per order.

Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

Due to limited quantities and the unique nature of our pieces, exchanges may not always be possible. If the item you desire is unavailable, a refund will be issued once your return is approved.
